Reiki is a beautiful energy healing system which is soothing yet powerful at the same time. Founded in Japan in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui, a Buddhist man and student of many disciplines, Reiki is translated as Universal Spiritual Energy. Opening up to this energy - which courses through all living things, promotes self-healing across physical, emotional and mental levels whilst also connecting us to our spiritual path - if we should so choose!
Connecting with Reiki - either through a Reiki healing session or by attuning to Reiki during a Reiki training course - wakes up and strengthens your connection to your own infinite essence or soul, your connection to Earth and also the Source of All That Is. Within these deeply meditative spaces you can access a profound state of peace and love which can lead to you feeling more balanced and in harmony with everyday life. You can access your own inner wisdom which can empower you and provide you with insights on how to activate positive change within your own life. Truly universal, Reiki can be practiced alongside every faith and as there are no contra-indications it is suitable for people of all ages and all health conditions.
East London Reiki is run by Justine Nolan, a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained in both the Western and Japanese lineages. I hold a Professional Reiki Practitioner Diploma - the highest professional standard currently available for Reiki and I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
I offer Energy Healing sessions combining Reiki and Sound and teach Reiki classes, simply because Reiki has been and continues to be such an amazing tool to help me navigate life. When we find something in this world that helps us feel such joy and love, even in the most challenging of times, then it is the most natural of acts to try and help others find the very same!
