SUNDAY 29 DECEMBER 2024 - 7PM - 9PM

During the liminal space in between the holiday period and the dawn of the New Year, this is an invitation to gather together in community to reflect on the year which has passed and create space for the arrival of 2025.

Together we will unwind with some gentle movement and breathwork - helping you to let go of tension, come back to your body and your breath. We will then connect with the medicine of cacao, welcoming it into our hearts and bodies to help our energy field open to receive vibrational healing from the alchemy crystal singing bowls. The beautiful healing sound waves harmonise and balance our chakras whilst guiding us to a deep meditative state.

My intention is to create a space of ease for you to feel safe to receive and connect with all of you, witnessed by others. This practice is accessible for everyone regardless of experience or injuries. It is ideal for those wishing to experience themselves as energetic beings for the first time. I would love to welcome you in this space!
